Week 8 of 8 · Build AI + Use AI
Enterprise deployment, growth, research and the final release
Enterprise deployment: isolation, keys and scale, then delivery into a customer's cloud with user research alongside it. Then the business functions an FDE is asked to automate next, and the final release.
What the week builds toward
WorkBot isolated for a regulated customer and delivered into a fresh account by someone else from the runbook, user research findings from that delivery routed into configuration and the backlog, its site built for answer engines with a compliant outreach sequence, a research dossier and analytics stack, and the final release: WorkBot deployed, with its architecture document, a recorded demonstration and its numbers.
The 5 days
- Day 36
Isolation, keys and scale thinking
Network tiers, key management, per-tenant separation at the infrastructure level, and capacity planning for 10 times the load.
You ship: A hardened, optionally single-tenant deployment with runbooks, a game day and a completed security questionnaire.
- Day 37
User research, and ship to a customer cloud
User research with the customer's people (interviews, observation, usability sessions, synthesis) alongside WorkBot's delivery into a fresh cloud account by someone else from the runbook.
You ship: A findings page from interviews and usability sessions, and a customer-style deployment of WorkBot proven by someone else from the runbook.
- Day 38
AEO and growth automation
A site built for answer engines, a target list from first-party data, and outreach automated within the rules.
You ship: WorkBot's site passing an AEO checklist in CI, a 200-account target list, and a compliant outreach sequence.
- Day 39
Research and analytics with agents
First-hand research with coding agents, a Postgres-to-ClickHouse stack with Metabase and Hex, and an analytics agent that shows its SQL.
You ship: A published research dossier, the analytics stack with a semantic layer, and a read-only analytics agent.
- Day 40
Final release
WorkBot deployed, documented, recorded and measured.
You ship: WorkBot live, an architecture document, a recorded 10-minute demonstration and the numbers.
