We work across OpenAI, Anthropic, and open models. Your architecture stays yours, and you are never locked into a single lab or platform, or to us.
In person, in your day
Pods work together in person from Plank centres, with deep overlap into your working day. Real teams with shared chemistry, not scattered freelancers.
Production-first
We measure ourselves by what ships and sticks in production, not pilots and demos. A harness-driven SDLC with evals on every pull request makes that the default.
