    Turn unstructured inputs into validated, typed data using tool use as the output schema, Zod validation and retry with feedback.

    You ship: An extraction engine with 3 schemas, measured on 15 documents.

  3. Day 18

    Workflow orchestration with Inngest

    Make AI workflows durable: checkpointed steps, fan-out, scheduled runs, and human approval that survives a server restart.

    You ship: A durable document pipeline with human approval, deployed on Vercel.

  4. Day 19

    Testing, monitoring and deployment

    The testing pyramid for AI apps, evals and LLM-as-judge, Langfuse tracing and prompt management, cost control, and a production deployment with alerting.

    You ship: WorkBot made production-ready with evals and Langfuse.

  5. Day 20

    Architecture design and product thinking

    Design an AI system against a startup brief and pitch it: the architecture, the feature proposal and the tradeoffs.

    You ship: An architecture document, a feature proposal and a 5-minute pitch.
