What you will do
- Stand up and run a Plank lab: recruit, train, and lead a team of forward-deployed engineers.
- Own delivery quality and customer outcomes for the lab.
- Build the local culture and the in-person training environment.
What we are looking for
- Engineering leadership and delivery experience: you have shipped and led.
- The ability to recruit, train, and raise the bar of a team.
- Entrepreneurial ownership and comfort building from zero.
