AI-native engineers join Plank pods that build production AI for customers: agents, RAG, LLM workflows, integrations, and internal tools. AI is woven through the development workflow itself, so you steer and review autonomous agents through a harness instead of typing every line.
What you will do
- Build and ship production AI features as part of a dedicated pod: agents, RAG, voice, evals, and integrations.
- Use an agentic development workflow, a harness that dispatches work to autonomous agents, to ship faster.
- Own features end to end across the stack, from data and APIs to the UI.
- Write and maintain evals so quality is measured, not assumed.
What we are looking for
- Strong full-stack skills (TypeScript, React, Node, or similar) and a high bar for shipped quality.
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs, or a fast track record of picking up new tools.
- Comfort in an AI-native workflow where you steer and review autonomous agents.
Nice to have
- Open-source work, or evals and observability experience.
- Voice or realtime systems experience.
