What is the Plank AI Accelerator Program?
The Plank AI accelerator program trains ambitious hard working early-career engineers to become experts in end-to-end AI application development
The first 2 months of the program involves intensive training in the cutting-edge frameworks, tools and building blocks of a modern GenAI app
The intensive training period is followed by 10 months of working directly with Plank’s commercial partners on real world AI projects - you will interact with senior executives and industry leaders from around the world, and get a front row seat to how fast growing companies are building amazing AI products
All selected members get paid a fixed monthly compensation of $2200 per month during the 1st year. You get 26 days off per year + a MacBook Pro
At the completion of the 1 year program, you will join Plank as a full-time core team member. You would join as an AI engineer level-3 with a monthly compensation of $2600 per month + $5200 annual bonus

- Build and present 2 end-to-end AI projects
Build real-world GenAI apps
- Join a Plank AI project team and build end-to-end AI apps collaborating in silicon valley projects
- Join Plank as AI engineer after 1 year completed
